Group Post Before Trip

We think the book is really interesting. The book is fascinating, especially the part when Misha found out that the people being punished were Jewish. Also, we found that it was soothing that Uri took in Misha as a little brother. It was gross when the kid peed on Misha and how Misha never had a bath it was sad, and gross. We are really anxious too see the museum. We cant wait to see the briefcase with the city inside it. Also, our group can't wait to see the night of glass area. We also cant wait to see the survivor and hear his/her story.

    "Never had a bath it was sad, and gross". How is not washing or taking a bath sad?

      It is sad because he never had the experience to be clean. When people saw him and they saw he smells its sad!

    I agree, the book is very interesting. I also think that the book seems different then all the rest of them. Some of them are very depressing, and this one is but it shows how much hope these characters still have.

      I cant believe this is not a real story. I feel the book is really good but I at the end and it got really confusing but if you read it 2 times then read on then then its easier to understand!

    I highly agree with Bailee the book just seems like any regular old book to me. Of course that wasn't my first impression of it but still I am really enjoying it and I'm glad I chose it for this project.
